WEDDING PACKAGES
Rental is from Friday at 3:00 pm to Sunday 11:00 am
Package A- $15,800 (+6% tax) for 100 guests
Includes the following:
- Overnight lodging and breakfast for 24 guests for two nights
- Exclusive use of the Inne, Great Room, Harvest House, Barn, Stable, Summer House, Courtyard, English Stone Wall Fire Pit & Landscaped Grounds
- Event Hostess during your event

- Reclaimed soft lighting

- Established 2 ½” thick oak floor
- If any alcohol is to be served, you must contract with our bartender for distribution. Rustic bars are provided in both The Barn and The Stable. All bartender fees and the cost of the alcohol are in addition to the rental of the venue.

- List of Preferred Vendors to simplify your booking needs

- If more than 125 guests, $2,100 additional fee for required tenting (20’x 20’ white marquee high peak, side-by-side 10’x 20’ white marquee high peak, cables, anchor weights & covers, incandescent lighting with dimmer switch and connecting barn gutter)

• A signed contract and $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure event date.
• Payment schedule will be established with final payment due 30 days prior to your event.

The Rustic Barn provides the perfect transition from dining to dancing and the finishing touches to the celebration of your day!

- Use of pergola for outdoor ceremony (mid-May to mid-October only)
