GENERAL INFORMATION

We are a smoke-free facility.

No Smoking.  –  No Vaping.

Check-in hours between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

If your plans involve a later arrival, please let us know in advance.

Please note: guests may not check in prior to 3:00 p.m.

Check-out by 11:00 a.m. the next day.

A full breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

in the Great Room at the Inne.

Continental breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m. for guests embarking on an in-depth tour to Fallingwater or House on Kentuck Knob.

Inne and Harvest House are not suitable for children under the age of 12.

For an extra guest in the Laurel Suite at the Harvest House, a fee of $50.00 to provide accommodations for a third person.

All guest rooms have private bathrooms.

ADA Accessible – On site parking.

All rates are subject to change without notice (but not once you have made your reservation).

Sorry, no pets.

Concierge Service: We are happy to make dinner reservations for our guests and provide a wealth of information and directions.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS
& CANCELLATION

Deposits on reservations are required in the form of a valid credit card number.

For reservations of one night only, full payment is required in advance.

Two or more nights, 50% deposit of your total stay is required to secure your reservation.

Balance will be due upon arrival at check-in.

Reservations without deposit will not be held.

AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Travelers Cheques and Cash are accepted.

Rates reflect double occupancy and range from $135.00 – $225.00.

Add 6% PA State Sales Tax and 5% Bed Tax.

CANCELLATION Policy

Cancellations must be made by phone:

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Reservation Cancellation/Date Modification:

Outside 7 Days by 3pm EST of check-in date we will refund the deposit less a $30 service fee per room.

Reservation Cancellation/Date Modification:
Inside 7 Days of check-in date-The deposit in full will be forfeited.

No refunds will be made for NO-SHOWS or Early CHECK-OUT

Travel Insurance

As a small B&B, we do NOT overbook and require your commitment to your reservation. Reservations are accepted with the understanding you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts or inclement weather. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost online at insuremytrip.com. This company is independent and not affiliated with Inne at Watson’s Choice.
