Chef Martin is a degreed talented chef with over 25 years of Culinary Arts.

Joining him to coordinate your special evening is Chef Martin’s wife, Amy, with over 25 years of event planning experience.

Chef Martin’s early career began as an apprentice chef at the elite, private Rolling Rock Club in Ligonier, PA. From there, he ventured into serving at the helm as Executive Chef at the Liberty Lounge in Perryopolis. His passion for food and entrepreneurial opportunities eventually led him to the creation of Martin’s Catering. Martin prides himself on creating fantastic meals, delivering creative cuisine, and serving deliciousness made with fresh and local ingredients. Each dish is crafted and created by Chef Martin L. Harger Jr.
